A Northampton County man returned to prison Monday after a Schuylkill County judge revoked his parole, the second time he has revoked the defendant’s supervision.

Jason P. Petrucelli, 38, of Easton, must remain in prison until July 1 without possibility of reparole, and could remain there until Dec. 16, under the terms of Judge John E. Domalakes’ sentence.

Domalakes revoked Petrucelli’s parole after the defendant admitted violating its terms.

Petrucelli originally pleaded guilty on Sept. 25, 2013, to retail theft. At that time, Domalakes placed him on probation for 23 months, and also sentenced him to pay costs, $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account and a $50 bench warrant fee.

State police at Schuylkill Haven charged Petrucelli with committing the theft on Oct. 25, 2012.

Domalakes revoked Petrucelli’s probation on Aug. 12, 2014, and sentenced him to serve four to 23 months in prison and pay all previously assessed costs and fees.

In more county court action, President Judge William E. Baldwin accepted guilty pleas from, and, pursuant to agreements between prosecutors and defendants, imposed the indicated sentences on, these people:

Angus J. Angst, 24, of Port Carbon; possession of drug paraphernalia; 12 months probation and $100 payment to the Substance Abuse Education Fund.

Kayla A. Culbert, 32, of Minersville; careless driving and driving on sidewalk; $50 in fines. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property.

Kevin J. Faenza, 48, of Pottsville; receiving stolen property; two years probation, $50 CJEA payment and $87 restitution. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of retail theft.

Cody Gaumer, 28, of Saint Clair; simple assault; five days to 12 months in prison with immediate parole and $50 CJEA payment. Prosecutors withdrew a second count of simple assault and a charge of harassment.

Ryan A. Hasara, 43, of Mahanoy City; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; 36 days to 11 months in prison, 12 months consecutive probation, $100 SAEF payment, $50 CJEA payment and $176 restitution to the state police crime laboratory in Bethlehem. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Allen S. Johns, 37, of Minersville; defiant trespass; $300 fine. Prosecutors withdrew charges of theft and receiving stolen property.

Albin Kaminsky, 41, of Shenandoah; possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment; six months probation, $100 fine and $100 SAEF payment.

Michael Bowman, 32, of Tamaqua; two counts of possession of a controlled substance; 12 months probation, $100 payment to the SAEF, $50 payment to the CJEA and $113 restitution to the state police crime laboratory in Bethlehem.

Marc R. Corona, 22, of Mahanoy City; false identification to law enforcement; 12 months probation. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of providing false information to law enforcement.

Annie E. Cragen, 47, of Shenandoah; disorderly conduct; 12 months probation. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of public drunkenness.

Matthew J. Curvey, 28, of Tamaqua; possession of drug paraphernalia and operating vehicle without valid inspection; 12 months probation, $25 fine and $100 SAEF payment. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of driving under suspension.

David R. Dross, 24, of Frackville; disorderly conduct; $50 fine. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of harassment.

David J. Hower, 26, of Frackville; receiving stolen property; 23 months probation, $50 CJEA payment and $575 restitution. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of theft by decption.

Stephanie L. Huff, 27, of Shenandoah; false identification to law enforcement; 12 months probation.

Aimee L. Kaminsky, 38, of Shenandoah; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; 12 months probation, $100 SAEF payment, $50 CJEA payment and $176 restitution to the state police crime laboratory in Bethlehem.

Pamela A. Mack, 40, of Saint Clair; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; 12 months probation, $100 SAEF payment and $50 CJEA payment.

All defendants who were sentenced must pay costs as a part of their sentences.
