Criminal court, April 26, 2016

In recent Schuylkill County Court action, Judge John E. Domalakes on Wednesday accepted guilty pleas from, and, pursuant to agreements between prosecutors and defendants, imposed the indicated sentences on, these people:

Charles N. Annis III, 33, of Madison, Virginia; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; $150 fine, $100 payment to the Substance Abuse Education Fund, $50 payment to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account and $113 restitution to the state police crime laboratory in Bethlehem.

Thomas Antolick, 59, of Zion Grove; fraudulent or altered title or registration, driving under suspension and operating vehcile without required financial responsibility; three to six months in prison and $1,525 in fines.

Justin A. Boyer, 26, of Barnesville; two counts each of criminal trespass, attempted criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property; 24 months probation, $50 CJEA payment, $3,790.95 restitution and submission of a DNA sample to law enforcement authorities.

Barry L. Bridygham III, 25, of Tamaqua; driving under the influence; six months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,000 fine, $100 SAEF payment and 10 hours community service, with sentence effective on Thursday. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of violation of sound level.

Branislav Brili, 57, of Coaldale; recklessly endangering another person; 12 months probation and $50 CJEA payment. Prosecutors withdrew charges of failure to obey authorized persons, violation of duty of driver in emergency, careless driving, reckless driving and failure to drive at a safe speed.

Patrick T. Curran, 22, of Pottsville; two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one of possession of drug paraphernalia; 12 months probation, $200 in SAEF payments, $100 in CJEA payments and $302 restitution to the state police crime laboratory in Bethlehem.

Dennis G. Davie, 62, of Saint Clair; DUI; 15 days house arrest, 45 days strict supervision, four months probation, $1,000 fine, $300 SAEF payment, $60 restitution to Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street and 10 hours community service. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of careless driving.

Marguerite A. DeAngelis, 46, of Frackville; possession of a controlled substance; 12 months probation, $100 SAEF payment, $50 CJEA payment and $176 restitution to the state police crime laboratory in Harrisburg.

All defendants who were sentenced must pay costs as a part of their sentences.
