n Frackville: The Frackville Elks Lodge, 307 S. Third St., will sponsor a Valentine dance from 9 p.m. to midnight Feb. 13 at the lodge. n Frackville: A free program titled “Eat Right When Money is Tight” by Penn State Extension Nutrition will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Feb. 16 and running five weeks at the Frackville Free Public Library, 56 N. Lehigh Ave. The workshop series includes planning meals on a limited budget, fixing food safely, how much and what people should eat, and how to make healthful choices for food and beverages.
