The three finalists for the title of Schuylkill County Junior Idol VIII were announced Wednesday.
Carmyn Carduff, 16, of Shenandoah, Jacqueline Bubnis, 13, of Shendandoah, and Raven Wesley, 14, of New Ringgold, are the three remaining contestants of the 18 who started in January.
They will compete at 6 p.m. Feb. 9 at the Schuylkill Mall for the chance to be named Schuylkill County Junior Idol VIII. One of the songs will be something by Billy Joel, a Judges’ Choice song and the third has yet to be determined, Elaine Maneval, mall manager, said Tuesday. A winner will be announced after the conclusion.
The event is sponsored by Pepsi, the Frackville Rotary, Totally Twisted Pretzel and Rebekah’s Creations.
