Criminal court, March 13, 2016

In recent county court action, Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin accepted guilty pleas from, and, pursuant to agreements between prosecutors and defendants, imposed the indicated sentences on, these people:

Christopher L. Buck, 30, of Shenandoah; escape; 21 to 42 months in a state correctional institution, $50 payment to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account and submission of a DNA sample to law enforcement authorities.

Shawn C. Jago, 36, of Ashland; criminal trespass, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; one to two years in a state correctional institution, $50 CJEA payment, $585 restitution and submission of a DNA sample to law enforcement authorities. Prosecutors withdrew charges of possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and defiant trespass.

Linda A. Polachek, 52, of Perkasie; driving under the influence, smelling or inhaling toxic releasing substances, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness; 48 hours to six months in prison, 12 months probation, $550 in fines, $100 SAEF payment, $50 CJEA payment, $626.13 in bench warrant fees and 10 hours community service. Prosecutors withdrew two additional counts of smelling or inhaling toxic releasing substances, one additional count of disorderly conduct, two counts of unlawful possession of solvent and one of illegal parking.

Tyler J. Pridemore, 25, of Pine Grove; DUI, driving under suspension-DUI related and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property; six months to five years in prison, $3,500 in fines, $300 SAEF payment, $50 CJEA payment, $60 restitution to Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street and 30 hours community service.

Samuel S. Thomas, 37, of Shenandoah; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; three to 12 months in prison and submission of a DNA sample to law enforcement authorities. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of conspiracy.

All defendants who were sentenced must pay costs as a part of their sentences.
