Schuylkill Wellness Services, a program of Co-County Wellness Services, provides health and education management for HIV and STD. Testing, prevention education and support are part of its ongoing efforts to help the residents of Schuylkill County. They also provide access to alternative treatments, including service referral, support groups and food pantry. Sweet Arrow Lake County Park, Pine Grove, will host Throw for the Lake, its first disc golf tournament on Saturday. The event will feature two rounds of disc golf, player packs, raffle and prizes. Responsibility: Volunteers with experience in working with clay, kilns, sculpture and ceramics are welcomed to join newly renovated Clay Works Family Studio. Newly formed make-it-take-it classes are being organized. Those with curiosity but no experience always have a place in learning side by side with other volunteers.
Skills: Friendly, willing to learn if necessary.
