Pennsylvania State Police and New Jersey police are looking for a man who allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old Williamstown girl and threatened her family.

Police are looking for David Ali Toler, 28, with a last known address of 14 S. Eighth St. Pottsville. He is described as a black male about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, about 125 pounds with a thin build, and brown eyes and short black hair. He may have a mustache.

State police at Lykens said Toler is alleged to have had a sexual relationship with the girl and to have sexually assaulted her. The sexual relationship started when the victim was 14 and Toler was 26, police said, taking place between mid-2013 and April 2015 in various locations in Dauphin and Schuylkill counties.

Police said Toler assaulted the girl April 26, 2015, and threatened her family during a domestic violence incident in Williamstown and criminal charges were filed.

Police believe he left the state after the arrest warrant was issued. Additional charges were filed in against Toler on Tuesday and an additional arrest warrant was filed.

State police at Lykens said he is wanted on charges of statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors, all felonies.

Police said Toler could be traveling within the state and outside of it. Police said he has been known to visit Pottsville, western Schuylkill County and the northern Dauphin County area. He is also wanted in New Jersey by the Essex County police on drug charges from 2012.

Anyone with information is asked to call the state police at Lykens at 717-362-8700.
